For projects in a construction team context, we work closely together in a team with the client, architect, structural engineer and installer, possibly supplemented by consultants. It is an open and transparent way of working that has many advantages for both the client and the implementing parties. The client can already make use of our expertise in the design phase, both in terms of construction and costs. As an experienced contractor, we can provide valuable input in the areas of cost, quality and efficiency of the construction plan. Lean building

Working in a construction team is the optimal translation of an integrated working method. Lean building is part of that. We organize our work processes in such a way that we can realize a construction project with as little waste as possible. We make sure that the different aspects of the construction cannot conflict during the execution. To achieve this, it is necessary to carefully coordinate all construction activities with our co-makers during regular planning meetings. As a result, failure costs are reduced and very few (we aim for 0!) delivery points remain. Construction and maintenance costs will be lower. Logically, this leads to great satisfaction among both our customers and our employees.
